Leonardo Hotel London Croydon

After a day out, we came back and spent some time at the bar. Nepal was welcoming, attentive to our orders, and very capable. We also met the hotel manager, who showed the same interest in what we had planned. It was our first day in London. We left our bags at the hotel, went into the city centre, and had a great time on the river boat cruise and London Eye. What a lovely start to the trip!

Brooke made our anniversary stay feel special, with thoughtful gestures that went well beyond what we expected. She was warm and genuine, and her attention to detail made us feel cared for and valued. From the moment we arrived, she worked to make sure everything was right. She's exceptionally professional and a real credit to the hotel, as well as a shining example of local excellence in Croydon. Thanks to Brooke, the stay was memorable as well as comfortable. We can't thank her enough, and we'll absolutely come back and recommend the place to others.

We loved our stay and will be back. I just wish all hotel rooms had walk-in showers, as I don't think many people soak in a bath when they're staying away. When booking, I asked for one because my husband finds it easier after a hip replacement than climbing into a bath. We got the shower, but hadn't realised the room was accessible, with a lower sink and a slightly higher toilet. My husband is six feet tall, so the sink was a bit awkward for him.

The bar and restaurant staff were really friendly too. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was cheerful and chatty. The sandwich wasn't the best in town, but the whole experience made it a unique one. We'll definitely stay again. We left a tiny SIM card on the bed, and the reception team found it within 30 minutes after checking with housekeeping. Thank you so much!
