The breakfast had a great range of sweet and savory dishes, and in the evening we enjoyed tasty pizza and delicious cocktails at the bar. We stayed at the Ruby Stella Hotel with my mother and girlfriend, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and nicely designed, with everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and a spotless rain shower. Thanks especially to Brenda, Waly, Mattia, and Olma for being so helpful and kind. The hotel and bar are well worth the price. I'd happily recommend them and stay here again next time I'm in London.

The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Maria's recommendations were spot on, and Giulia was attentive and knew what we might need before we asked. Patryk welcomed us warmly and made us feel like honored guests, while Olha kept the service flowing smoothly. Rey's charm and sense of humor kept us smiling. Together, Patryk, Giulia, Maria, Olha, and Rey made the evening memorable with their kindness, teamwork, and attention to detail. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the start. It's rare to find food and service that are both this good. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone we know!

The lounge and bar decorations were my favorite part, and the hotel itself is gorgeous. We stayed at the Ruby Stella Hotel London for two nights, and found it conveniently located not far from St Pancras Station. Our room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were charming. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide choice of dishes. We'll surely return when we're back in London.

I liked my first visit so much that I came back. My stays at Ruby Stella Hotel in London were solo in December 2024, shortly after it opened, and with my husband over the holidays in December 2025. The rooms are small but cozy, with comfortable beds and good equipment. We had a cleaning issue on the second visit, but it was dealt with promptly. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Michael, who made sure we were looked after. There's a nice bar and lots of comfortable seating in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently close to Farringdon Metro and train station, making it easy to get around London or travel elsewhere, like we did on our trip to Paris. I'll definitely be back in 2026 and highly recommend it.

You can rent a guitar and play it in your room, which is such a fun, unusual touch. I had a great stay at the Ruby Stella Hotel London. It's stylish, clean, and in a fantastic location. Thanks to Giuseppe for a delicious cocktail, and to Danae, Giulia, and Waly for their kind, professional service. They made the stay even better, and I'd definitely return!
