For £119 for two people with breakfast, I thought this was a great budget stay, and we'd come back on another London trip. We booked for one night because we wanted somewhere clean near the coach station, just to sleep during a quick weekend break. The bed and bathroom were clean, there were plenty of towels, and the room had a fan because it was a bit stuffy. We didn't use the kettle, but there were things for making tea. Breakfast was basic and self-serve, with toast, cereal, juice, packaged pastries and muffins, fresh fruit and sliced meats. People seem to complain about it, but what more could you expect at that price? Staff were helpful when we arrived early, and our room was ready so they let us check in.

We'd stay here again, but I'd ask for a lower floor. Getting up six flights with our overnight bags was a real struggle, and we only just managed it.

The rooms were clean, but the beds were so uncomfortable it felt like there was a board digging into my back. The pillows were very thin and need replacing. The included breakfast was a joke, and for what we paid, I wasn't happy.

Breakfast was a real plus, with a coffee machine offering several drinks, plus yoghurt, cereal, juice, pastries, cheese, meat and fruit in a pleasant room. We had a quiet, relaxing evening, and the room was comfortable, with soft towels and a warm shower. The clerk was friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the price was good. The location was amazing, just a five-minute walk from Victoria Coach/Train station. We'd consider staying here again next time we're in London.
