The room felt special, with a balcony looking out over the sea and looe island. There was free parking, and breakfast was great. A beautiful hotel in a great location.

Sharon was so pleasant and cheerful throughout our wonderful ten days at Seaview b&b with my partner. Our lovely room looked out over the sea, and it was cleaned every day, including the glasses. The English breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of everything. Sharon, thanks for everything. You're a big 10 for us. 👍💐

Sharon and the staff were all very helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy and it was very quiet. Amazing breakfast too. A lovely place to stay, and we'll definitely go back.

From the balcony, we could see Eddystone light house far out at sea, ships heading out from Plymouth and plenty of smaller boats leaving Looe. Our room was clean and nicely equipped, and Sharon Collings, the owner, gave us a really warm welcome. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was cooked really well, with plenty of choices, and the rooms were spotless. We had a warm, friendly welcome too. If you can get a room with a sea view, it’s breathtaking. Couldn’t recommend it more!
