Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both very nice, with dinner focused more on quality than quantity, and the waiting staff earned their tips. The staff were accommodating too. The hotel is on university property, so with all the students using it, it wasn't a quiet stay, though it was pleasant. We chose it for a one-night stay because of the pool and included breakfast, but the pool and jacuzzi were freezing. Staff thought the water was around 27 degrees, though it seemed clear they hadn't put a hand in. Of about 30 people in the pool area, 20 were in the saunas trying to warm up, and we left the area in under 25 minutes. The bedroom was roasting overnight despite the heating being off, so we opened the window around 5am because of dehydration. Nearly every room window seemed open the next morning. My score could be different on another occasion.

The breakfast was great, though pricey, and the renovated bar area was quite nice. Still, the very hard beds and hot rooms, with no air con, made the stay uncomfortable. The pool was cold, and the jacuzzi only ran for a couple of minutes at a time because it was on a timer, and it was cold too. I was here for a conference, but wouldn't choose it again if I had a choice.

I spent six days here for a tournament this week, and it really wasn't a good week. My room felt like a prison cell, dark and looking out at a wall. I asked to move, but they said they couldn't find another available room, which I find unbelievable when they have 180 rooms. I also needed a sewing kit to fix some clothing, but they didn't have one. The window only opened a crack, and the fan in the room didn't work; they had no replacement. The hotel itself was nice enough, and the food was OK and convenient for the university facilities. The pool was a bit cold and small.

I was at the hotel for the MND conference 2025, and the service was very good. Staff were accommodating when I arrived before check-in and happily looked after my luggage. The breakfast was amazing, and there's a great bar area. It's a beautiful hotel with a gym and spa too. Thanks, Burleigh Court Hotel, amazing job guys. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were beautiful, the facilities fantastic, and the stay was great. It was very rarely priced. If my daughter chooses this university, I'll stay here when I visit her.
