A lovely little spot tucked away on the high street. There are great local amenities and it's ideally placed for getting out and exploring. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay. I'd definitely recommend it. ✨️

The flat is really comfortable and makes a great base for exploring the Broads and surrounding area. It's a nice, well-equipped apartment, close to all amenities. The one thing to be aware of is that it's directly opposite The Lady of the Lake music pub, less than 20 metres away. On summer weekends it's open until 1:30am, and it can get noisy. Both bedrooms have thick padded shutters, but even with them closed the music, especially the bass, comes through easily. It's very annoying if you're trying to sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for early sleepers or light sleepers, though it's highly recommended if you like live music venues.

Before the Jurassic Earth extravaganza hosted by The Marina Theatre Lowestoft, we stopped for coffee and cake. We also got to see the swans by the water and explain to my grandson that they belong to Her Magesty The Queen and are protected by Royal Warrant.
