For a one-night stay before an early flight, the place worked well. We arrived at 2pm and had to check out at 4am the next morning. The owner let us in at 2pm even though check-in was listed as 4pm. Finding the place in the bright Luton sunshine was difficult. We were given a tiny room on the fourth floor. The bathroom was clean and good for a shower, but the double bed felt too small for two people. I nearly fell off when I turned over once. There was no AC, and the room got so hot and stuffy that it felt claustrophobic.

The bed is the main thing you need, and this one was too small for two people. The AC didn’t work, and neither the bathroom exhaust nor the flush worked. They’ve tried to fit too much into a tiny boxed room. I can’t complain enough. Be careful booking with family, you’ll surely be disappointed.

The beds got mixed up, so I ended up sleeping on the floor.
