I had a lovely stay in a beautiful room, and dinner was delicious. I was disappointed to find breakfast didn't start until 8am, as my ferry was booked for 9am and I couldn't enjoy one. The staff kindly made a sandwich for me to take, but it had to stay in my room overnight. Since it was cooked chicken, I wasn't comfortable leaving it in a warm room that long. I'd appreciate breakfast from 7.30, as many hotels offer. Aside from that, I had a lovely stay. Thank you.

We visited during a quiet time of year, though I imagine the excellent location makes it very busy in summer. The bedroom was just as described, “beautiful,” and every staff member we met was especially helpful and friendly. We couldn't fault the hotel.

The room was a great size, with a spacious bathroom and a view of the boats. The coastline is close by, and the Solent Way walk starts just minutes from the doorstep. Staff were all friendly and the food tasted great. A great little place, and one I'd definitely recommend.

We only stayed two nights, but had a great time. The room was warm, welcoming and very clean, with filter coffee and a selection of teas. The team were helpful and the service was great, and breakfast was excellent. It's within walking distance of Lymington and easy to get to other parts of the Forest. I can't fault the place and would happily recommend it.

We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, especially the delicious flat iron steak and chicken burger. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff were so lovely and attentive. There’s a lovely view outside, an easy walk to the high street and lots of great walks nearby. It’s well worth the price, and we definitely recommend it.
