Lovely views and a really nice place. The hosts were kind and helpful. Plus, if you have dinner and dessert in town, the walk back will burn off those extra calories :)

The views from up the hill are amazing, and it’s a beautiful spot in a great location. Susan was a wonderful host, and the English breakfast was delicious. I’d recommend staying here and hope I can return one day.

Sue really does her best to make your stay special. The place is tucked among the trees with spectacular views across the Lyn valley, yet Lynmouth beachfront is only a five-minute walk away. A fantastic place to rest and recharge.
