Breakfast was amazing, the cleanliness exceptional, and the service professional but still warm and friendly. Ness and Phill had thought of all the little extras, including chocolate by the bed and water and milk in the fridge. They welcomed us when we arrived and even hugged us goodbye. We loved our stay and will return when his hip is replaced! Thank you both for making it so special. We were sorry to leave you xx

Phil and Ness were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The location was great too, only a very short walk down into Lynton for shops and restaurants.

There are lots of walking opportunities, and the house sits above Lynton in a great spot. It’s a historic building, so the rooms are as you’d expect, but they take extra care to make sure everything works flawlessly. The rooms are spread over several floors, and Phil will help carry luggage if needed. Ness and Phil were friendly, welcoming hosts, and there were many different breakfast choices, all delicious.

Phil and Ness were lovely and very accommodating, and breakfast was fantastic. It’s a lovely place run by lovely people. We’d happily stay again, though I wish we’d had more time in Lynton, since there’s so much to explore in the region.

The breakfast was so good, with homemade bread, marmalade and muesli adding a personal touch. Our hosts were delightful and couldn’t have been more attentive. We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful B&B, with a stunning bedroom, an incredible view and what might be the world’s comfiest bed. We wouldn’t think twice about staying again 🥰🤩
