Room 2 had lovely decor and a fantastic view, and Alison greeted us with just the right kind of friendliness. We arrived in the early evening to a gorgeous outlook, then had a wonderful night and morning. Breakfast was a lovely multi-stage affair in the charming dining room. It could hardly have been better.

Watching the sunrise from bed was the standout for me, and the view is hard to beat. The location, room, facilities and hosts were all fabulous and beyond what I expected. Alison and Victor were friendly and suggested some walks. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

There's a good choice of places for dinner a short walk away in town, or you can eat at the B&B if you pre-order. Breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from, and the couple running the place were lovely. The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable and the view great. If you're staying in Lynmouth, I'd make this your choice.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the views across Lynmouth and the sea are fantastic. It's a spotlessly clean B&B, nicely decorated and very well run.

Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade food and a lovely garden view. The owners gave me a very warm welcome, and my room was comfortable, very clean and looked out at the cliffs. Sinai House is an absolute treasure. I'd highly recommend staying here.
