Lytham has plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. We spent three terrific days in apartment 1, meeting friends and exploring the town and surrounding area. It exceeded what we expected, and we didn't want to leave. We can't wait to return next year. Phil showed us around when we arrived. He's a lovely guy and was happy to help with anything. The apartment is very well designed and finished to a high standard. We didn't meet Sally, but she clearly has a good eye for detail and design. The bed was comfortable, the shower was top quality, and the lounge and kitchen were cosy and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Phil and Sally made the place comfortable, and Phil's recommendations for the area helped make our stay perfect. The bed was comfortable and we slept brilliantly. There's free parking at the rear, and although the property is close to the main part of Lytham St Anne's, we couldn't hear any noise at all. We only stayed a short time, but everything was to an extremely high standard and there was nothing we felt could be improved. We'll definitely return. Thank you, Phil and Sally, for the warm welcome and the care you put into the place.

Cafes, restaurants, and shops are all close by, and there's a handy bus stop nearby too. It's about a 10-minute ride to St Anne's, costing £3 each way. This was our second stay with Phil and Sally in their lovely apartments. The accommodation is first class, with everything you need to feel at home. Phil and Sally are great hosts and have lots of useful information and help if you need it. We look forward to staying again.
