Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club

The restaurant staff were great, and the cream tea was magnificent. The masseuse was an added treat too. I’d rate everyone an 11 out of 10. I had a great stay from start to finish, especially thanks to receptionist JOANNE. I’d mixed up my bookings for a surprise anniversary gift for my wife, and Joanne was so cheerful, polite, helpful and understanding. She did all she could to help, and the manager was understanding and great as well. Good service throughout, thoroughly recommend.

The peaceful countryside setting and well-kept grounds make it easy to unwind, while Maidstone is still conveniently close. The hotel is comfortable, tranquil and well run, and I’d happily return for either business or leisure. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything maintained well and laid out thoughtfully. Staff were professional and welcoming, always ready to help. They made us feel looked after without hovering. A fantastic stay from start to finish, and I’d highly recommend it.

I was there for work and had a really pleasant stay. The room service was delicious, the beds were super comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast at the Cast Iron Grill was a great start to the day. The pool was the one letdown. Children’s swimming lessons were running during guest hours, and half of an already small pool was closed off. Paying guests couldn’t properly enjoy it, which was a shame because I’d been looking forward to a swim. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Another really nice stay. We had children with us and requested adjoining rooms, which was no problem. Breakfast and dinner were great, although there weren’t many vegetarian choices. Sheldon on night reception was super helpful as always. One of the children went up to ask for more milk and tea, and he treated her like any other guest. I’d highly recommend the place. This time, though, we seemed to have some reactions after using the pool, perhaps because the chlorine was high. That hasn’t happened on previous visits. The steam room was also out of service.
