Premier Inn Maidstone - Allington

I stayed for over six weeks and felt very welcome and well looked after. The Premier reception desk team were lovely, professional, helpful and accommodating. Thanks for taking care of me, Bella, Jess, Peter, and everyone whose names I've already forgotten. And thank you to Jane, Stacey, Kyle, Jamie, Kate and the rest of the team too. The food in the restaurant was good, though a little cold at times. The meal booking desk could use some attention, as the wait can get long and people leave. That's my only other negative, along with the very loud fire alarm! Have a good Christmas, guys, and thank you.

We'd definitely stay here again. The room had a good shower and plenty of towels, plus a hairdryer and kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Reception also had refills and free light snacks, like Rocky biscuits. There was lots of storage space for clothes, good lighting and plenty of plugs, though no USB ports. The room was a good size, with an armchair, desk chair and desk. Reception staff were friendly.

I stay here often when I'm working away from my usual area, and the whole team is great. They're always polite and welcoming, and never too busy to deal with a request or question. A really good place to stay, with even better staff.

The staff were as nice and helpful as could be, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room was clean, but it looked tired and needed a refresh, with paint peeling from the ceiling. The travel cot needed cleaning before we could use it, and its mattress seemed too small. I'd bring our own next time.
