The modern living space was clean and tidy, and the facilities are great. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone over 6 ft. The doorways are tiny, and the low wooden bedroom beams are worse. I hit my head at 1am in the dark when I got up to use the bathroom. A terrible experience, and such a shame because otherwise it's a great venue. Luxuries and hospitality can't undo this design feature. It should have a warning front and centre.

I loved the Cowsheds Toiletries, especially how soft and silky my hair felt after using the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was always on time and made with products from their farm. The staff were polite and caring, and the maid carefully tidied our beautifully designed room whenever we went out. The owners were extremely nice and let us keep the room until 12pm, even though checkout is by 10am. This is a peaceful place, and I can see why people would fall in love with it. The best b&b I've ever stayed in.

Georgie welcomed us straight away and showed us around. Fresh brownies and champagne were waiting when we arrived, a lovely treat after a long journey. We stayed for 4 nights with our family of 17, and it never felt crowded. There was enough room to lose each other, and the beds and spacious bathrooms were simply the best. The Cowsheds’s is a home made with so much love and attention to detail. We can't recommend it enough. A 10/10 stay, with no faults at all. We'll be back.

The countryside setting had just the charm we hoped for, and the location was ideal. Our room was beautifully done, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home, only much nicer. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind and helpful. A heavenly stay, we'd come back in a heartbeat.

I still think about this beautiful place years after staying there. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, made by the lady in the kitchen photo, though I don't remember her name. I only got to stay one night and wish it had been longer. They've done such a good job, and the place has stayed very positively in my memories. I'd love to return, but I can't seem to find it on booking.com. Maybe they're fully booked? If you're lucky enough to get a room, you won't be disappointed.
