Luana made our afternoon tea feel special. She was friendly and attentive, checking in at the right times and making sure we had what we needed without hovering. The tea itself was truly wonderful, and her warm, professional service made the whole visit feel both easy and heartfelt. We’ll be back and hope Luana is there again.

The neighbourhood is full of bars and restaurants but still feels peaceful, and I loved staying here for my Manchester conference. The breakfast was superb, especially the porridge, and there was a good range of breads. The scrambled egg was a little powdery. My room had an amazing view, which changed my impression of Manchester’s skyline. There’s also a cocktail bar on the 23rd floor, and the gym was great.

I’ve been to Cloud 23 quite a few times, but this visit stood out. Luana went out of her way to make my friend’s birthday feel special, and her kindness and eye for detail made the evening memorable. Her service lifted the whole experience. Thanks, Luana. I’ll definitely return.

Dinner was gorgeous, perfectly cooked and nicely presented, and breakfast the next morning was very good too. I slept really well, then woke to views of the rising sun. The room was comfortable, though a little dated, which makes sense given it used to be a Hilton and I believe a refit is coming soon. Check-in staff were lovely, and the lift took us up to the 21st floor for stunning views of Manchester. It’s a very clean, friendly hotel in a great spot, and I’ll definitely be back.
