The £500 deposit was the worst part. They kept it, saying we’d damaged a table that was already in poor shape. We have time-stamped photos to show it was like that before. The rest of the stay was awful too. The bathroom smelled of sewage, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and tiles were coming off the walls. Chairs blocked the fire exits, which felt frighteningly unsafe. The stairs were steep and the railings only went halfway up. A plug socket sparked and broke my charger in half. I feel sick thinking about how much we were scammed. Please be careful before booking. I wouldn’t want anyone else dealing with the same stress, disappointment, and dishonesty.

We were there for a friend's hen party, and we’re all professional women with our own homes, not drunken idiots. The place smelled of damp and sewage as soon as we walked in. It was dark and the bedrooms weren’t clean. We tried to make the best of it and cleaned the apartment before leaving, probably better than we found it. After chasing several times about our large deposit, we got an email saying a table was chipped. We didn’t damage anything. I work in property, so I take photos when I see something wrong, and we have proof. The owners are cons and this place is disgusting. Please don’t book here. I don’t want anyone else getting scammed like us when there are so many better places to stay.
