The flat was spotless when I arrived, with a comfy bed and modern furnishings. The kitchen is large and well equipped, including a coffee machine, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and cutlery, so I only needed to bring food. There’s a sofa, a TV with streaming apps, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table, and big bright windows with blinds. I really enjoyed staying there. Getting around was easy, with tram stops and other transport nearby. The Arndale centre is about a five-minute walk away, and some bars are only a few minutes away too. I was on the first floor. The entrance is on Faulkner street, opposite the large arch structure, through two tall red doors. The owner or host sends the access details beforehand. I stayed three nights for work and would happily book again when I return. I booked through my work accommodation platform, so I couldn’t leave an Airbnb review, but there are more glowing reviews there if you search for it. The price was very good too. I think the flat may have air conditioning, since it stayed mildly cool when it was warm outside and comfortable when it was cold outside. There are wall-mounted heaters if you need them, and plenty of large windows to open for airflow.
