I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The first impression was awful: the property is in an alley full of large bins, there was a smell in the air, rats outside, and a homeless man sitting on the steps made it hard to get in. It felt very unsafe. Some things in the apartment were broken when we arrived, and staff communication was awful. We also later found out we were being monitored by webcam cameras, which nobody had told us about. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

The rooms are nice and it’s comfortable, in a good spot near Piccadilly gardens. Back Piccadilly might not look great, but don’t let that put you off, it isn’t rough. Staff are friendly, and code entry makes checking in and out easy. Some parts could do with a tidy-up. It gets three stars because of the ceiling in the picture.

Their system had the price wrong, so they said they’d refund me. Then they kept lying for over a month before finally paying it back after I called again and again. Even the manager lied to me on the phone. Absolutely the worst.

The apartment was stylish and classy, and I enjoyed my stay. It’s tucked away on a back street in the city centre, but very convenient for the station.

It was really clean and conveniently close to the city center, though the entrance was confusing. There was no AC or fan, so I had to buy a fan. I’d still recommend it.
