Staycity s, Manchester, Piccadilly

Sani gave us especially warm, professional help, and the reception team were keen to answer our questions and sort out any problems. We're delighted with our stay at this aparthotel. With good transport links and local amenities, Staycity Aparthotels, Manchester, Piccadilly gets a very high rating from us, and we'd strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.

We got a great price through Staycitys own website, £85, and were upgraded from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment before our very early flight to Rome. Both bedrooms were large and had a great view. The lounge was huge, with two sofa beds and a big dining table, while the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was very clean, with soft bedding and good towels. I'd definitely use the apartments again. It's also a handy base, just a two-minute walk from Piccadilly station and five to ten minutes from lots of restaurants and bars.

The only real drawback for us was the washer-dryer. Its drying setting didn't dry our dripping wet clothes properly, even after we'd left it running for two hours. Everything else was nice, and the staff responded quickly when we needed help. We were happy with the apartment and the sincere service from the staff.

The reception team made the biggest impression, so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely stay again. We were very grateful for the parking space behind the apartments and appreciated being allowed to keep it longer on checkout day. The bar looked good, though we didn't try it. Our two-bedroom apartment was clean, lovely and spacious, with very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It was also incredibly quiet up there. Thank you, the stay was excellent.
