The staff are kind, great, and very accommodating, and I've stayed here many times. It's a good distance from the station and work. I like booking the aparthotel for longer stays. The gym is small but clean. One thing to know: the heating in all the rooms I've stayed in is locked at either 24° or 28°. I had to ask for a heater and extra duvets. It'd be nice if all rooms had slippers, but after I asked, a pair was brought up, so that worked out fine.

We had a really lovely stay. The room was modern and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I haven't slept that well in ages. Breakfast was lovely too, with a good range to choose from. All the staff were super friendly and happy to help. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. Thanks, guys x

The room itself was nice, but there was a constant running-water noise coming through the wall next to the bed. It was worrying and made it hard to sleep. When I arrived, the two people on reception didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't answer some very basic questions. As a regular business traveller, I found the whole experience strange. There are better options nearby, and I won't stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast spread was good, and we were glad to see halal sausages. We also found parking right outside, though it was pay-and-display, cost over £7, and was limited to two hours. The multistorey by PureGym/Lidl/M+S was cheaper. We had the Queen studio with a sofa bed and a five-month-old, so having a kitchen was really useful. The room felt cosy and was very clean. I usually avoid walking barefoot in hotels, but the cleaning here put me at ease. The hob was hard to get going when we needed hot water for formula. Someone came up to explain it, but couldn't demonstrate, so we gave up and used the kettle. I normally avoid hotel kettles too, but this one was clean and had no scale. We had a lovely stay and the staff were amazing. The only small fix needed was the peeling bathroom ceiling paint. We'd definitely come back.

We slept peacefully, and the room was surprisingly spacious with a small kitchen. Breakfast was included and good. Ali and Tehseen at reception helped with our booking and checked whether we needed anything else. A nice hotel.
