Breakfast was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It’s in the city centre, so the room was warm, but you could open the window if you didn’t mind the outside noise. Dinner is worth having in the city, where there’s some incredible food nearby. I’d stay here again.

The supervisor was lovely and professional and helped us receive an important document. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy and efficient, and our room was exceptionally clean. We were very happy with the stay and thought it was great value for money. There can be noise at night, but closing the window helps. Since it’s on a main road in the city centre, the noise was expected for the price and wasn’t a big issue.

The food, a Buddha Bowl, was great, and my room was lovely with a quiet atmosphere. When I had a problem with the shower, staff came and fixed it straight away. They also stopped a guest who was causing a few problems from having any more alcohol. All the staff were helpful and professional. I’d definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Manchester.

Check-in was easy, and I paid for both early check-in and late checkout. The exterior looks nicely presented. You need to press a button to open the entrance doors and tap your card to use the lifts. We were on the 3rd floor in a good-sized room at the back. The lady who checked me in was very nice, though I can’t remember her name. I’d stay here again.

The staff were absolutely great, no complaints there. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was great. The reason I gave three stars was being disturbed at 6am on both Saturday and Sunday. I’m a heavy sleeper, and usual traffic and general noise don’t wake me, but a lorry pulling up followed by an hour of cages being loudly rattled on and off woke me. The window was shut, too.
