The room smelled disgusting, like faces, and there were bugs all over: ants and flies on the ceiling, walls and floor, as well as in the bathroom and shower. The mattress was hard and the pillows were stained. I liked absolutely nothing about the hotel. It was the worst place I’ve ever been to, if it can even be called a hotel. I felt abandoned and horrified.

Avoid this place. My partner and I paid £150 for two nights over a weekend, and the room was disgusting. We were told there were homeless people sleeping next to us for free. The whole building was filthy, with stains everywhere, and it clearly wasn’t being cleaned. It was the worst experience ever. The place needs to be shut down, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It felt like an “I’m a Celeb, get me out of here” moment.

The carpets were dirty and stained, and everything felt disgusting, mouldy and smelly. I want to burn my clothes after going in there. I didn’t know hotels could be in such bad condition. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. May God never punish me with a place like this again.

We couldn't sleep because the room was so hot. The radiators were switched on in May, and my family and I found the place very dirty and expensive too. It was disgusting, a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
