We’re partway through a three-night stay and it’s been amazing so far. The owners made us feel very welcome, and the room is lovely. Milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, and toiletries were thoughtful little surprises. This was our first holiday with our little dog, so finding somewhere that caters for pets put me at ease. The secure private field gave him plenty of room to run around while we felt safe. They’ve thought of everything. We’ll definitely come back!

It was so quiet, with beautiful scenery and lovely sunrises. We even had horses outside our apartment.
Stunning scenery made this a lovely, relaxing getaway.
There were a few positives: a fire, WiFi, TV, and tea, coffee, milk and sugar. But the caravan smelled of wet dog when we arrived. It hadn’t been professionally cleaned as advertised. If that was meant to be a professional clean, someone needs sacking. There was thick dust on the canopy above the bed and cobwebs everywhere. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the water pressure was poor. The owners didn’t get in touch after check-in to ask if things were OK during our stay. The location is VERY remote, at the end of an unmade road, and it’s further from Amlwch by road than advertised, about 12 miles. You can’t drive across fields. The nearest shop, pub and fuel garage are 10 miles away. There was no hand sanitizer as advertised.
We’re staying for four nights, and Mick and Jacky have been amazing hosts. We’ve only had our dog for three weeks, so having the paddock to train her in has been a real bonus. The caravan is clean and tidy 😄🏴
