Best Western Sysonby Knoll Hotel

The staff made our stay especially pleasant. Everyone was enthusiastic and helpful, and they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, spotless, and wonderfully comfortable. One of the best places I’ve stayed in many years. If you’re visiting Melton Mowbray, I’d stay here.

Jude deserves a special thank you for going above and beyond, and all the staff were so helpful. We held my daughter’s baby shower here and were delighted with how the day went. The conservatory looked stunning, and being able to use all the facilities made it feel extra special. The afternoon tea was fresh, homemade, delicious, and beautifully presented. We’ll definitely come back for another one.

I can’t speak to what the hotel is like, but my experience with the company was awful. I booked one night there despite never having used the company before. Within 48 hours, a scammer had used the private date from my booking. The company confirmed there had been a data protection breach involving my private information, but still hasn’t explained how it reached a scammer.

We arrived on spec for lunch with four of us just before Christmas. They were very busy, but found us a table and got the good food out promptly and efficiently. The staff were pleasant, the location immaculate, and prices reasonable. We’ll return!
