Edward on the night shift was lovely and helpful, and Rhiannon, I believe that was her name, deserves a mention for her breakfast cooking. It was fresh and well cooked, and she was warm, wonderful, and helpful. All the staff did everything they could for us and made the stay lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast is great value. We’ll stay again.

Jackie, the Scottish chef, was the highlight of breakfast. The food came out piping hot and fresh, cooked just right. The bacon was crisp and the eggs perfectly set, and it was clear she takes real pride in her kitchen. Her Scottish warmth and friendly banter made the breakfast room feel welcoming, and she handled the morning rush with ease and a smile while making sure guests had what they needed. The stay at Premier Inn Melton Mowbray was faultless. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower powerful, and the legendary "hypnos" bed made for a great night’s sleep. It’s a fantastic hotel, made even better by its staff. Make sure you go down for breakfast and ask for Jackie.

We’ve stayed one night for our annual Christmas party in Melton for about eight years, and every visit has been amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. A huge shout-out to Becky, who put pizzas in the oven for all of us when we got back, rather drunk and hungry. BECKY is bloody amazing!

I’ve been staying here for over two years while working away, and I can’t think of a better place. The staff always greet you with a smile and do everything they can to help. Rooms are really comfortable and clean compared with other places I’ve stayed. Breakfast is fantastic and sets you up for the day.
