The Harboro’s Sunday lunch was excellent value, and the service was super quick. We walked in without booking, and there’s plenty of space to take your time instead of feeling pushed out. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The vegetables were really tasty, and the nut roast was delicious. Vegans are catered for too. The carvery meat was cooked perfectly, just how my wife likes it, and everything came out just right. There’s an extensive menu to explore. I’ve heard the curries are just as good, so I’ll be back soon to try them. 1000/1000.

The carvery works well for a group, with the team keeping things moving while still being friendly. My husband and I enjoyed hot, comforting food that felt home-cooked, and we never felt rushed. The meats were juicy, well-seasoned, and served in just the right portions. Liam was cheerful and professional at the carving station, and made sure everyone got what they wanted. The welcome was warm, and staff asked about allergies as soon as we sat down. Their allergy care has been impressive on both of our visits. Because of a pea allergy, staff checked the details proactively, had the kitchen prepare separate vegetables, and served the gravy in a separate boat to avoid cross-contamination. We didn’t have to ask twice. We’d happily return and recommend it to families, friends, or larger groups.

The beer was reasonably priced and kept exceptionally well. We had a lovely meal too, with a great choice of food, friendly, helpful staff, and generous portions. Everything tasted lovely and arrived at the same time. It gets my vote every time 👌
