The room was spotless and really comfortable, and breakfast was lovely too. Sue made us feel at home straight away, with a log fire already going when we arrived and tea and homemade cakes waiting. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

Breakfast in the conservatory was a highlight, with the doors open onto the lovely garden. My wife and I stayed in May 2015 and had a wonderful time. Sue was gracious and thoughtful, looking after everything we needed and taking our food allergies into account.

Sue made my wife and me feel so comfortable and welcome, and really went out of her way to make us feel special. We loved staying here. Such a treat, and we'd definitely come back. I'd highly recommend this lovely place.

We always enjoy staying here. Sue is so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are cosy and clean. Breakfast is extraordinary, and the place has those extra homely comforts. Highly recommended x

Sue couldn't have done more for us during a wonderful weekend with my sisters at Heathcote House. The house and garden are beautifully kept. I'd recommend staying here to anyone, you really won't be disappointed. We look forward to coming back.
