I've stayed here several times for work, and the staff are always great. The restaurant food is consistently high quality, and the bed was comfortable. This time the room was smaller than I've usually had, but it was okay. There was someone's long black hair on the bed, though, and I'm bald!

The location was great, and we had dinner at the harbour master, just a two minute walk down the marina. The food and service there were spot on. Check-in was smooth, and the woman at reception was super friendly. We stayed over Easter weekend to visit family, and the hotel was nice overall, though the rooms were very small. They were clean, but I did miss having water in the room. Tea and coffee were provided, but some water would've been lovely. The breakfast had a good choice and was okay. We went at 10am both mornings, and since service ended at 10.30, we only just got some hot food. They didn't replace anything after 10am. Sunday was a little better. We wanted a slow weekend, but next time we'd probably have to go down earlier, which is a shame. We also tried the gym, which is small but fine for a light workout. The bathroom area was lovely and had a fab, busy atmosphere over the weekend. We did struggle to find a seat.

We had a spacious, modern room overlooking the waterfront, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout, answering all our questions. The bar has a very good range of drinks. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice for everyone in our group. The highlight was dinner in the restaurant, with its exceptional menu. We'd highly recommend it and will be back. We had an excellent stay at the Ty hotel in Milford Haven.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really attentive about my coeliac disease and dairy allergy. The chef made separate dishes for me, which I appreciated. On arrival, the staff were friendly and explained everything. Our beautiful room had amazing views, and it was lovely to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine in the sun that evening. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return!

The rooms were superb value for money, and the bar and restaurant staff were polite and professional. I really enjoyed the hotel, and the food was very nice. At first, though, it was really difficult to speak to anyone through the automated phone system. You can end up going round in a dead loop.
