Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central - Xscape

Tendai checked in to make sure everything was all right, and I really appreciated that. My room was spacious, very clean and had a cosy feel. The Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central is also ideally placed, very close to the shopping centre. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We spent six nights at the Premier Inn Xcape in Milton Keynes, and the staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Rej deserves special thanks for going above and beyond. His professionalism and friendship really stood out and made our stay 100%. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back. The whole experience was outstanding, just as previous reviews suggested.

Parking had plenty of spaces and the location was good, but I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed for two nights and got awful sleep both times. Our first room smelled like an ashtray, so we complained and were moved. The next room stank of weed. We were fed up with shifting our luggage, so sprayed deodorant, left the window wide open while we went out, and stayed after it smelled a bit better. We were in room 14, backing onto the stairway, and the banging and footsteps were horrendous all night. It went on well past 2 in the morning, then started again with people going to breakfast. We didn’t complain the second night, hoping we were just too tired to wake up, but it was just as bad. I’m not usually one to complain, but please politely decline room 14 if offered. Staff should sit in there at night and hear the noise for themselves.

Location is perfect, and the staff were simply amazing. Reg, especially, did everything he could to make us comfortable. I was in a wheelchair, and he helped carry our luggage and moved us into an accessible room. He was chatty without being intrusive. We’ll definitely be back, and I was very impressed. I like Premier Inns because they’re usually well located, reasonably priced and consistent, so there aren’t unwanted surprises. This place stood out, and I’ll recommend it to everyone. Thank you.
