The hotel is right by the beach and has its own free parking, which was great for me since I wanted to be a reasonable distance from the dive centre. Staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast had lots of choice: cereal, pastries, toast, cakes, fruit and hot drinks. A cooked breakfast was available for a small fee, though I didn't try it this time. My only minor issue was the very small bathroom, where the bath took up most of the space, but there are other toilets in the building. The reception area has a warm, inviting bar. I stayed one night and would recommend it if you're in the area.

The staff were superb, and breakfast was generous: continental was free, with the bigger option costing £5. The building feels cramped for the number of rooms, and the lift only goes to the third floor. The carpets and floorboards need urgent attention because they could cause someone to trip. In February 2026 I’d definitely stay at this hotel, but I wouldn’t go back to Morecambe, even in summer. The area seemed very run down and neglected, and with my COPD I ended up with a chest full of infection.

Free street parking was available right outside, and the hotel sits on the promenade. We didn’t have a sea view, but the place was quiet. Our room was spacious, spotless and had a comfortable bed. It was a gorgeous first stay, with lovely staff, a great continental breakfast and lots of original features. We’d definitely recommend it and return.

The room was warm and clean, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d come back, since everything else was good, but our room at the back overlooked waste ground and an alley, and the bathroom towel rail was broken.

The beds were really comfortable, the views lovely, and the place was clean, dog friendly and staffed by excellent people. Breakfast was fantastic, and the atmosphere was very nice. You do have to pay 550 for it, but I thought it was worth the money. I’ll definitely stay there again, and they were very welcoming to our dog.
