We spent a fortnight at Seashell Cottage on each of our two visits in 2019, and had a great time both times. The cottage was spotless, with a well-kept, nicely sized garden, and we could park right outside. Pets are allowed too. Inside there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a living room, bathroom and kitchen. There was also a selection of CDs and DVDs. The beach is about 75-125 yards away, and the town centre around 300 yards. Inverness is 15 miles away, Culloden 10, Forres 11 and Elgin 22; Buckie is 42 miles away and Aberdeen 90.

This was our second stay. The cottage is in a clean, pleasant area, with shops reasonably close and the beach not far away. If you want to book it, though, you'll need to do so a year ahead.
