She said YES. I’m so grateful to everyone at Rookery Hall for making the proposal such a magical experience, one we’ll never forget. We’ll absolutely return. Josh and his team decorated our room while we were having an outstanding four-course dinner, with both the food and service spot on. We stayed in the stunning March Suite, with lovely views across the grounds. The spa treatments were exceptional, and every staff member we met gave us wonderful service. A special thank you to Joshua Barcley, who was key in arranging the proposal. His kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole thing feel seamless. I chose Rookery Hall as the place to propose to my girlfriend, and it exceeded every expectation.

Josh deserves a special mention for the warm, genuine way he looked after us from the moment we arrived. He was professional, but it felt like his care came from real dedication and kindness, not just doing a job. His welcome made my birthday stay even more memorable. We stayed 14-16 Feb, and it was absolutely wonderful. The team had made the room so beautiful for my birthday, with so much thought in the details and a lovely little gift. It was a total surprise and really touched me. Everyone on staff was polite, friendly and always ready to help.

The meals were a highlight, delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was exceptionally well maintained, with lovely architecture and clean, inviting spaces. I had a wonderful stay at this comfortable four-star hotel and would happily recommend it. A solid four stars!

My son and baby waited for me in the cafe, and the staff were very accommodating with them. The facilities were clean, and there was plenty of parking. I’d booked a massage for a special occasion on a Thursday, and Eva was fantastic. She made me comfortable, gave me time to relax without rushing me, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had.

We had great food and coffee during our two-day work training with Mercedes Benz. The location is beautiful, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. James, the manager, gave us a grand tour and shared so much fascinating knowledge. Everyone we met was a delight. I’ll come back to stay and get the full hotel experience.
