It’s an older building with plenty of charm, a cosy bar and a terrace out front. There’s a choice between the Bistro and a more formal restaurant, and the food we had was excellent. The staff were friendly too. The hotel is in Seaview, though it doesn’t actually have a sea view, and it’s a little away from busy Ryde, close to the coastal path and beaches.

Celebrating my birthday here gave me some very special memories. The staff were professional and friendly, with a real can-do attitude. This is the best meal I’ve had here on the island. Fabulous!

We had a fantastic stay over Valentine’s weekend. Breakfast was excellent and the service was the best. On Friday we ate at the Aquitania resteraunt, where Jake looked after us. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job, and my partner and I were very impressed. The staff here really couldn’t do enough for us. Very good customer service.

It’s usually nice and quiet here, and the food and dining are excellent. Everyone is friendly and polite, which makes for a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Being a guest is a pleasure, and it’s hard to find fault with the place.
