Caroline was a brilliant host, and breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. The guest house has very spacious bedrooms and a comfortable bed. It’s close enough to walk into Newark centre, and I’ll definitely use it again when I return.

Caroline was the real highlight for me. She’s an absolute delight, so warm and friendly, and made me feel welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make the whole stay as good as it could be, and her breakfast is to die for. The location is great, just a short walk from the Centre of Newark. The building, décor, and facilities are stunning, with so much charm and character. It’s the nicest place I’ve stayed. Both beds I used were very comfortable, and both rooms had everything I could need and more. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone staying in Newark.

Caroline was such a pleasure as a host, and the breakfast was great. The Georgian-style room was really stunning and well worth the money. I’d highly recommend staying here and will definitely return when I’m back in Newark.

For my first B&B stay, The Hollies set a very high bar. Caroline was lovely and made an amazing breakfast, and we couldn’t fault anything. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.
