The hotel is set inside Keele University, which gives the area a pleasant feel. Our family room was bright and roomy, with big windows and lovely views, a good place to unwind after a busy day. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well kept, with polite, friendly staff. Parking was easy and we found it without trouble. We were visiting Alton Towers, around a 45-50 minute drive away, which seems typical for hotels in the area. There are plenty of restaurants within five minutes by car, with lots of reasonably priced choices. Breakfast was a nice surprise, tasty and much better than it looked in the photos. We had a great stay and would happily recommend it for a visit to Alton Towers or any occasion when you need a comfortable place to stay.

We stayed for one night on 04/01/2026, and Johnathan greeted us at reception as soon as we arrived. He was kind, enthusiastic and very professional through the booking process. When I asked for extra towels and cutlery, he brought them without hesitation. He also kept the reception area neat and clean. Thanks, Johnathan, for a pleasant, wonderful stay. God bless. I'll be visiting again very soon.

We booked this as a stop on a motorway trip from south to north, and it worked perfectly. The hotel is modern, clean and offers great service. It's a little tucked away, but well worth the detour.

Set on the Keele University campus, this newly built hotel is a great option for business travellers. It's modern, clean and convenient, with easy access to open exercise facilities, which is especially useful if you like to keep up your fitness routine while travelling. A good balance of work and wellbeing.
