What keeps me coming back is the hosts. They're a friendly, helpful family who clearly take pride in their guest houses, and I felt at home straight away. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a private bathroom, and there's good wifi. You can also use the kitchen. I'll definitely stay here again.

After a long day travelling, their kindness was especially appreciated. I'd booked a room at Clayhanger Guest House after visiting Stoke-on-Trent last year, and the owners are the same. I arrived well before check-in, but they let me wait in the living room and even gave me breakfast. Then, so I wouldn't have to wait for the guest to check out, they arranged a room for me across the street at ISUITES. That's excellent service. I'd happily recommend both Clayhanger and ISUITES. Thank you so much for being kind.

Kevin texted me the self check-in details when I arrived late. It's a great little find, affordable and easy to get to. I was there for one night for work and to visit family. The place was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the coffee. The bathroom is quite a long way away, but I was there for less than 12 hours, so I can't really complain. I'll stay again.

Kevin met me at the door, explained a few things and answered my questions. He even kindly upgraded my room for the night. The secure property had everything I needed. My room was spacious and spotless, with a microwave, mini fridge and a great power shower. There was also a folder with handy details about the accommodation, the local area and places to visit.
