The flat is spacious, clean, and great value for its size and location, right in the heart of Newcastle City centre with everything you’d need. There’s a large living room and kitchen, and the bathroom gets fresh air and sunlight, which is always nice. The estate agent was kind and friendly. I left an item behind after moving out, and the agent kindly kept it at their office for me to collect. A great stay!

We went with friends in January. The place is close to the centre, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, with local shops, pubs and restaurants easy to reach. The heater didn’t warm the room as much as we expected, and noise from the nearby pub made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, it’s a good deal for a short stay.
