Willow in Newcastle With 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

We booked for six people, but the apartment only slept five. It looked nothing like the photos, and was very dirty, especially the bathrooms. None of us wanted to use the shower. The furniture was dated and poor quality; the living room blinds were discoloured, with half of them missing. The little balcony was covered in litter and cigarette ends, so we couldn't use it. The place didn't seem to have been cleaned before we arrived. It was dark and cold, with beetles crawling around. I wouldn't stay again.
