The sea view from apartment 9 was incredible. I spent the first ten minutes on the balcony staring at it and saying “oh my god!” The location made the extra roughly £200 over the caravan park I’d considered, about a 20-minute walk outside Newquay, feel like the best decision ever. It’s four minutes to the high street and its pasty shops, then another two to the beach. The apartment was spotless, tidy and had everything we needed. I kept thinking this is how I’d live if I won the lottery. We had a dedicated space in the underground garage, and the owner’s instructions made getting in simple. We never used the car: there’s plenty on the doorstep, including convenience stores on the high street. Find the Londis near the cinema, as reviews say the Premier shop is crazy expensive. There’s a small indoor pool and a gym with a few aerobic machines in the block. The listing mentioned a sauna, but I couldn’t find it. Maybe I’m sauna blind, or perhaps it had been removed by June 2024. The location and views are phenomenal. Some apartments face away from the sea, so check the description says sea view. Can’t wait to return, I’ve no complaints about the place.
