The Atlantic Hotel

The bar prices felt steep, and I think hotel guests should get a cheaper rate. Apart from that, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the UK, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were amazing, very clean and had great views. The pool and facilities were really good, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Catia at reception was especially helpful, and breakfast was lovely.

We stopped here on our way down to penzance, and I’m glad we did. The inside decor is amazing, like something from a movie, and the views are beautiful. I had a beer on the balcony, and Josh from the bar was so helpful. His hospitality was second to none. We’ll be back for a room soon. Thank you.

We’ve just returned from a two-night New Year’s Eve package and had an amazing time. The Gala dinner, band and disco were part of New Year’s Eve, followed by another three-course meal on New Year’s Day. The food throughout was incredible, beautifully presented, plentiful and with lots to choose from. The dining room views in every direction are stunning. The hotel felt warm, welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. Facilities were clean, well maintained and available, and despite the hotel being full, we often felt like we had them to ourselves. The staff worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond. We love visiting the Atlantic Hotel and highly recommend it. Thanks for a perfect stay, we’ll be back soon.

At first, Kirsty was in regular contact with us about having our wedding at this venue. Once we explained that we didn’t want a big, fancy reception with all the guests, but still hoped to hold it there, all communication stopped. After four months without hearing anything, I emailed again and still got no reply. It feels like they only care about making as much money as possible, not about couples’ weddings. I hope others are treated better. Not wanting to spend thousands shouldn’t mean we deserve this.
