We could have used more time at this charming hotel during our tour. Breakfast was lovely and dinner was delightful, and the staff were wonderful. They even offered a laundry service for a fee, which we all needed, so we didn’t mind paying. It’s away from the tour’s hustle and bustle, and that change of pace was much needed. I’d definitely stay here again on my own trip.

Set among farms in the Scottish Highlands, this old historic place was quiet, quaint, and charming. The staff were super friendly, courteous, and kept everything very clean. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. It was so relaxing to get away from the rush of life.

We were walking the East Highland Way and found The Laggan Hotel in a perfect spot for a stop. It turned into a memorable stay, thanks to the warm, helpful team. When they were fully booked on our first night, they kindly let us pitch our tent in the garden and still offered us dinner, drinks, and breakfast even without a room. The following night we moved into a cosy, comfortable room. The hotel has an honest, simple charm and breathtaking views. There’s a great range at the bar, dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. A huge thank you to everyone. We’d happily recommend The Laggan Hotel, especially to hikers and backpackers.

The wildlife and friendly staff made this a memorable stay, along with the great views and hospitality. It’s a simple, cosy hotel among the mountains and slightly rocky scenery, with sheep nearby. The rooms have a natural, understated feel. Thanks for having us.
