The views are magical, so I'd bring binoculars. Our group of six came from the US and ranged across the ages. The older members found the stairs a bit of a struggle, though there are only two flights and they're wide, with tall floors. Still, it was a truly marvellous place, just like the photos, and we'd eagerly come back.

I could sit for hours at the first-floor lounge window, watching waves, people, dogs, and even horses passing by. That view was stunning. We absolutely loved this spacious, comfortable home, and it was really well equipped. We'll be back!

The dishwasher stopped working, which was the one downside, though we managed and it couldn't be helped. Everything else made for a fabulous week with family in a superb home, and we hope to do it again. We had some days warmer and brighter than a summer day in North Berwick, with gorgeous views. The house felt like home, with a Christmas tree ready and thoughtful treats for our arrival. There were even hot water bottles and hairdryers if needed. Thanks, Lorena.

East Sands is such a welcoming, spacious, immaculate apartment, and those views are breathtaking, you could just sit and gaze at them. It had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

That view is to die for. East Sands is a great property, really well equipped and laid out, and we enjoyed our stay so much. Wish we could have stayed longer!
