For more than two years, this apartment was home while I was working, and I really can't fault the place or the Cotels team. Rachel sorted every issue, big or small, and the weekly service meant it felt freshly ready each time. They provided parking and were always accommodating when I needed an extra item, whether for visitors or just a hoover. The town centre and station are easy to walk to, and there's a little shop and takeaway round the back for last-minute snacks. I liked it so much that I've already booked a personal weekend stay. I can't recommend them enough!

We were made to feel welcome and supported throughout our stay, and everyone on our team was happy with the apartment and the service. The staff were friendly and flexible, especially when they let us extend our stay one day at a time without any hassle, which really helped with our work plans. Cotels @ Centro Serviced Apartments is in a handy spot near restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartments are modern, well cared for, and fully equipped, with more comfort than we expected. I'd happily recommend Cotels @ Centro for a good stay and helpful service. We'll be back.

Amy helped us from the booking right through checkout, and Marcia quickly handled requests for things like an invoice and accommodation letter. All the staff looked after our family so warmly, almost like family themselves, and we appreciated how cooperative and helpful they were. The flat was neat, clean, and stocked with just about everything: a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, and big TV. It's near Northampton city centre on a main road, with a lovely view, easy to find, and convenient bus connections. Best wishes to the whole team, and thanks for taking such good care of us.

It was a pleasant stay in Jan-Feb 2023, and I'll always remember Alpha Home. The company put me up here for a month, so this was my first home in the UK.
