The location worked well for me: under ten minutes on foot from Norwich railway station, with the city centre walkable and a bus stop nearby. I arrived by train during a heatwave, so having air conditioning in the room was a big help. There was also a small desk where I could work on my laptop. I booked at short notice for a solo visit, and Vivian was a charming host with excellent communication beforehand. The room and facilities were clean and suited my needs, and the price was excellent. Breakfast is optional, but at £7 it was outstanding value and set me up for the day. What a lovely little guest house.

I appreciated how flexible Vivian was when I asked to check out very early. She was friendly and genuinely helpful throughout. The small room was comfortable and had what I needed, including air conditioning, and the price seemed very reasonable. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the station. I'd definitely return if I need a place in central Norwich.

Really clean room, with all the amenities you'd expect. The shower was lovely, and the host was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

The price felt like a steal for what you get, and lots of places are within walking distance. The staff were lovely, my room was clean and impressive, and breakfast is definitely worth getting. I stayed while visiting my sister at university and going to a gig. 100% recommend!

A warm welcome from the lady, and the room was cheap and clean. It had everything you need, in a great location.
