St. Crispin's House

The shared kitchen and communal areas need more frequent cleaning, especially at busy times. Maintenance requests do get a response, though sometimes the wait is longer than I’d expect. On the plus side, security and access control feel reliable, and the Wi-Fi is steady for lectures, streaming and assignments. Rooms are compact but practical, with good natural light. Shops, bus stops and campus are easy to reach, which makes the building convenient for daily life and study. For its price bracket, it’s comfortable and handy. More consistent care of shared spaces would make the experience much better.

The staff made settling into Norwich easier. They’re easy to approach and quick to respond, while still respecting students’ privacy. I’ve found the shared spaces clean and welcoming, and my room comfortable and practical. It’s a calm, safe, well-kept place to live, and I feel more settled, independent, and able to focus on my studies here.

The student community gives the place a lively feel, and the staff are friendly and ready to help. Keycard access and CCTV also make me feel secure. My furnished room is comfortable, with fast WiFi and bills included, so there haven’t been hidden costs. There’s a gym open 24 hours, a cinema room, study areas, and good social spaces in a modern, stylish building. It’s an easy walk to the city centre, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife close by. It does cost more than some other places in Norwich, but the facilities and service make it feel worth the price. I’d recommend Yugo St. Crispin’s House for convenience and comfort. It feels like home away from home.

I’m studying at UEA, and this accommodation is close to the university. The place has a good atmosphere and plenty of amenities. It’s been kept in good condition, and the staff help with any questions.
