We were four adults staying for a week, and the owner made sure everything was right for us. The property has all you need, sits in a quiet, private courtyard, and is well placed for exploring Derby and Nottingham. We’d recommend it without hesitation and plan to return.

Gill had thought of everything we might need, and the place was gorgeous. Absolutely fantastic stay, everything felt perfect. The best place I’ve stayed.

We’ve stayed in plenty of holiday cottages, and this is the best one. The bathrooms were spotless, the beds really comfortable, and the whole place was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we wanted. Great accommodation.
