The lodge was well kept and furnished, and the hot tub was checked each day. It was a peaceful spot. The decking behind the lodge where the tub sits hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but they sorted it out by the next day.

The accommodation was very clean, and there was a good selection of cutlery. The hot tub was a lovely warm temperature, and when we arrived the lights were on, which felt welcoming. Staff at reception were very friendly when I popped in before leaving. We had a lovely relaxing break and would highly recommend it. One small criticism: the email said the hot tub would be checked twice a day. For two days we stayed out at 2.30, expecting a check between 2.30 and 4pm, but the checks didn't happen. It felt like wasted time. Thanks for a lovely break. Experience it for yourself.

We loved how quiet and relaxing it was at Ranksborough Hall for our midweek break. The staff were really friendly without intruding, and the lodges looked so clean they could've been new. The hot tub was superb, and we stayed in it even when the heavens opened. They checked it daily, too. We liked it so much that we booked again as soon as we got home. Five stars all round for us.

Really enjoyable stay in comfortable mobile home accommodation, some of which have hot tubs. The site was clean and tidy, on lovely grounds, and made a good base for sightseeing. Helpful, polite staff checked the hot tubs twice a day. We'd come again. Only downside was the lack of outdoor furniture.
