The hosts were responsive and great to deal with. We stayed in the room with a gorgeous tub, in a beautiful little place right in the heart of Oban. Town, coffee and groceries were all an easy walk away. Highly recommend!

Room 6 had a panoramic view across to Kyle of Lochalsh and to the south. Fiona and Co are lovely, unobtrusive people. Just ring the bell if you need any help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the ceiling fan came in handy on stuffy nights. We absolutely loved our stay.

The Dun apartment was beautiful, cosy and spotlessly clean. We stayed Monday to Friday this week, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower had great pressure. It's under a 10-minute walk from the train station and town centre, and McCaigs Tower is within walking distance too. Communication with Liam was great. I'd definitely recommend the apartment and would stay again.

The room and bathroom at Raniven Guesthouse were modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything else was in good order. We found the guesthouse pleasant overall, but getting access was frustrating. There was no check-in information beforehand, and nobody was available in person when we arrived. When we called for help, the person on the phone was unfriendly and not helpful. Apparently our travel agency hadn't given us the key box code, but the way the call was handled felt unprofessional. We also weren't told what to do at checkout, so we simply left the key in the box when we went. The property is comfortable and well maintained, but customer service needs improvement.
