Jodie supported us throughout the wedding planning, and we're so glad we chose Lydford House for the venue. When our guests and we arrived the day before, our family and friends were already saying positive things about the place. Jodie made sure everything came together for a wedding we and our guests will remember for a long time. Breakfast food and service were excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of cereal and fruit to choose from as well as a full English. We had a lovely overnight stay, the bedroom and bathroom were both a good size, and we'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a nice, quiet spot, and the owner was friendly and polite. Our room was very clean. When I had an issue with the remote, the owner changed it straight away, which really impressed me. I was amazed by the fresh honey, and they have a bee place there too. They do their own farming and beekeeping, and keep chickens that lay eggs. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone and would definitely stay again if I return.

We found two excellent food pubs within walking distance. Jodi was a very welcoming host and made sure our stay at Lydford House Hotel went beyond what we expected. The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast, which we ordered the night before, was delicious. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury bed and breakfast.

The communal lounge was a lovely place to settle in with a book by the fireplace or play chess. There was enough parking, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We felt thoroughly pampered during our stay. The room was beautifully luxurious, and breakfast had an outstanding selection of freshly prepared items. We'd highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to unwind.
